Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Autoserve Vending Machines Private Limited (“Autoserve”, “we”, “us”) handles the personal data you give us through this website. We are an Indian company and this policy is framed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and, where it applies, the Information Technology Act, 2000. Under the DPDP Act we are a Data Fiduciary and you are a Data Principal.

• The enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, city, the machine you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
• Direct contact: your contact details and the contents of any call, email or WhatsApp message you send us.
• Technical data: standard server logs when you visit this site, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, used for security and fault-finding.

We do not collect payment details, government identity numbers or any sensitive category of data through this website.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and follow up about supplying, leasing or renting a machine to you; to meet our legal and tax obligations if you become a customer; and to keep this website secure. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When you send the enquiry form you agree to us contacting you about that enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us (section 9). Withdrawing does not affect anything already done, and we may still have to keep records the law requires.

5. Who we share it with

We may also disclose data where a court, government or regulator lawfully requires it. Some of these providers process data outside India as part of their global infrastructure; the DPDP Act permits that except to countries the Central Government restricts.

6. How long we keep it

Website enquiries: up to 24 months from the date of the enquiry, unless a business relationship begins, in which case for as long as that relationship lasts. Invoices and accounting records: for the period Indian tax and company law requires. Server logs: normally up to 12 months. When a period ends and no law requires us to keep the data, we delete it.

7. How we protect it

Data moves over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to people at Autoserve who need it. No system is completely secure; if a personal data breach affects you we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it erased (unless the law requires us to keep it), raise a grievance, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or cannot act. Write to us (section 9) from the email address you used. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. It does not set advertising cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. If we add any, we will update this policy first. We may update this policy from time to time; the new version will be posted here with a new date.
