Autoserve Vending Machines Private Limited is a Bengaluru company that supplies, installs and services vending machines across India. We sell the machines outright, lease them and rent them — and we support every one we place.

Buying a vending machine directly from overseas sounds cheaper until you are the importer of record. Then it is your IEC code, your customs broker, your duty calculation, your damaged-in-transit claim, and your problem when a part fails eighteen months later and the factory replies in four days. Most buyers only want the machine working.

So we carry that instead. We import under our own account, clear customs, pay the duties, deliver to your site and invoice you in rupees with GST — the same as buying any other capital equipment from an Indian supplier. Your accounts team gets a clean asset entry and input credit, and you get a local company that is accountable when something breaks.

The machines are built by an established manufacturing partner in China with more than a decade in automated retail, exporting to sixty-odd countries, and working to ISO 9001 quality management with CE, CB, SGS and CQC documentation available per configuration. What we will not do

We will not tell you a machine will work at a site we think is wrong for it. Footfall, dwell time, power access and what is already available within fifty metres decide whether a vending machine earns — not the machine's specification. If your site looks marginal we will say so before you spend, and we would rather lose the order than install a machine that sits idle and turns you off the category permanently.

We also will not quote a lease or rental figure before understanding the site and the volume, because a number given that early is guesswork dressed as a proposal.
