What you can change
Machine families set the mechanics. Everything below is specified per order, so two buyers of the same model can end up with very different machines. If you are unsure, the honest default for most Indian sites is: touchscreen, UPI plus card, chilled, spiral, custom wrap.
Exterior finish
- Full custom wrapFull-colour print across every visible panel — front, sides and header. Produced from your artwork and proofed for your approval before production begins.
- Standard finishesBlack or silver on snack cabinets, white on lockers, where you would rather not spend on branding.
- LED lightingInterior shelf lighting and illuminated surrounds. Makes a real difference to sales in low-light locations and to how the machine reads after dark.
Screen and interface
- Keypad onlyNumeric selection. Cheapest, most robust, and perfectly adequate where the product list is short and stable.
- 15.6-inch touchscreenProduct browsing with images. The usual choice where customers need to see what they are buying.
- 22-inch touchscreenFull-height display for browsing, promotions and paid advertising.
- 27-inch media displayA second, independent screen above the ordering screen — it advertises continuously whether or not anyone is buying.
Payment
- UPI and QRThe default for India. Fast, no hardware to jam, no cash to collect. For most sites this plus a card reader is all you need.
- Cards and contactlessCard readers supporting chip, swipe and tap, including international schemes for airports and hotels.
- NFC and mobile walletsPhone-based payment and wallet apps.
- Bill acceptor and coin changerWhere your customers still pay cash. Worth saying plainly: cash hardware is the most common source of faults and the most work to service. Take it only if you need it.
Dispensing
- Spiral coilThe standard. Fast, high capacity, cheap to run. Fine for packaged snacks, bottles and cans.
- Gentle-drop elevatorAn elevator carries the product down instead of dropping it. Required for glass, eggs, ready meals and anything fragile or premium.
- Individual lockersOne door per item. For bouquets, cakes, meal kits, parcels and pharmacy pickup — anything that must not tumble.
- Cup-basedFor juice and shakes, where the product is made on the spot rather than stored.
Temperature
- AmbientNo cooling. Lowest running cost, for dry packaged goods, retail and parcels.
- ChilledFor drinks, dairy, fresh food and flowers. The locker cabinet holds anywhere from 4 to 25 °C.
- FrozenFreezer cabinet for frozen meals and ice cream, usually paired with a microwave in hot food machines.
Management and monitoring
- Cloud dashboardStock levels, sales by product and machine, and fault alerts from a browser.
- Mobile appThe same data on a phone, which is what you will actually use when deciding which machine to restock.
- Price and planogram controlChange prices and product mapping remotely, without sending somebody to the machine.
- Temperature loggingContinuous cabinet temperature records — necessary for food safety compliance on chilled and frozen machines.

Beyond the standard options
- OEM and white labelIf you are placing machines under your own brand at scale, the machine can be produced in your identity from the factory rather than wrapped afterwards.
- Power and electricalMachines are supplied for Indian mains supply. Tell us what is available at the site — a dedicated point, a shared circuit, or generator backup — and we will confirm the requirement on the quotation.
- Footprint and accessNarrow and reduced-depth builds exist for corridors, lift lobbies and salon walls. Send a photograph of the space and a width measurement before you order.
- Age or access gatingCard, code or staff-unlock control where a product line needs restricting.
- Certification documentsCE, CB, SGS, ISO 9001 and CQC documentation is available from the manufacturing partner. Ask for the certificates that apply to your configuration and we will supply them with the quotation.
On Indian compliance: requirements such as BIS registration, food licensing for machines dispensing food or beverages, and local electrical approvals depend on what you are dispensing and where. We will tell you what applies to your configuration — and where you will need to hold a licence yourself rather than us holding it for you.
Send us your artwork.
If you know roughly what you want, send the brand files and the site details. We will come back with a configuration and a wrap layout.
