Buy it, lease it, or rent it
The right structure depends on whether you are proving a location or scaling one that already works.
You own the machine
The lowest total cost if the site is proven. The asset is yours, on your books, with full depreciation benefit. We still cover installation and whichever service plan you choose.
Spread the cost over a term
Useful when you want machines working now without the capital outlay up front. Structures vary by term and volume — tell us the number of machines and we will put options in front of you.
Monthly, with service included
We keep ownership, you pay monthly, and support is part of the deal. The sensible way to test a location, cover a seasonal site, or run an event without committing capital.
Lease and rental terms depend on machine type, contract length and how many units you are placing. We will not quote a monthly figure before we know the site — tell us what you are planning and we will put real numbers to it.
How it works
From enquiry to a working machine
- Tell us the site
Where the machine goes, who uses it, what you want to sell and roughly how many people pass it a day. That determines machine type far more reliably than a spec sheet does.
- We quote a configuration
A specific build — selections, screen, payment modules, temperature, finish — with the price, the lead time and the service plan options set out separately so you can see what each part costs.
- Artwork and build
If you are branding the machine, we produce a wrap layout for your approval. Nothing goes to print or into production until you have signed it off.
- Import and delivery
We handle shipping, customs clearance, duties and inland freight, and deliver to your site on a GST invoice in your company's name.
- Installation and training
We position and level the machine, connect power, load and test every product channel, configure payments and pricing, and train your team before we leave.
- Ongoing support
Your service plan starts. Remote diagnosis on every plan; preventive visits, spares and uptime commitments on the higher ones.
Customisation
Configured for your site, not a catalogue
Two machines of the same model can look and behave completely differently. Screen, payment, dispensing, temperature and finish are all specified per order.
- Exterior wrapFull-colour print across every visible panel, produced to your artwork and approved before production.
- ScreenKeypad only, 15.6-inch, 22-inch touch, or a 27-inch media display that earns its keep as an ad slot.
- PaymentUPI and QR, contactless cards, NFC and wallets, bill acceptors and coin changers — in any combination.
- Temperature and dispensingAmbient, chilled or frozen; spiral drop, gentle-drop elevator, individual lockers, or cup-based.

Questions
Things buyers ask first
Whose machines are these?
They are supplied, branded, imported and supported by Autoserve Vending Machines Private Limited. We manufacture through a long-established partner factory and sell under our own name, with our own model codes, our own warranty and our own service organisation in India. You deal with us for everything — quotation, invoice, installation, spares and support.
Do you handle customs and GST?
Yes. We import the machines ourselves, clear customs, pay the duties and deliver to your site. You receive a GST invoice from an Indian private limited company, which keeps your input credit and fixed-asset entry clean. You do not need an IEC code and you do not deal with a freight forwarder.
Can I put my own branding on the machine?
Yes, and most buyers do. Every visible panel can be printed to your artwork — full-colour, edge to edge, including sides and headers. Send us your logo and brand guidelines and we will produce a layout for approval before anything is printed.
What payment methods do the machines accept?
UPI and QR payment, card readers including contactless, NFC and mobile wallets, plus bill acceptors and coin changers where you still want cash. You choose the combination per machine. For most Indian sites UPI plus a card reader covers almost everything, and skipping cash removes your biggest service headache.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the configuration and whether the unit is stock or built to order, so we confirm a date on the quotation rather than quoting a generic lead time. Custom-wrapped machines take longer than standard finishes because artwork has to be approved and printed before the machine is built.
What happens when a machine breaks down?
That depends on the service plan you hold. Every plan includes remote diagnosis, because a good share of faults are configuration or stock-loading issues that can be fixed over a call. Beyond that, Standard adds priority response and wear parts, and Complete includes on-site engineer visits, all spares and labour, and an uptime commitment written into the contract.
Do I have to buy a service plan?
No. Installation and commissioning can be bought as a one-time service, and you can maintain the machines yourself. We would rather you chose that knowingly than discovered later that nobody is covering the machines — so we will tell you plainly what is and is not included before you sign anything.
What is the minimum order?
One machine. There is no minimum, though pricing per unit improves with volume and with standard rather than custom finishes. If you are placing a first machine to test a site, say so and we will quote it that way.
Tell us about the site.
Send us the location, the footfall and what you want to sell. We will come back with a specific machine, a price and a lead time — not a brochure.
